One of the highest mountains in the Western Hemisphere, Tupungato is a very similar climb to Aconcagua. However, this Chilean giant is quieter than its Argentine neighbor providing much more solitude. If you are looking for a challenging Andean peak without the crowds of better known climbs, this one's for you.
